Can't get enough!

This little girl is so full of it! Full of energy, giggles, sweetness, love and fun. I can't get enough of her. She is my little shadow and I love it. Just when I think she can't get any cuter or sillier she does something new. We have so much fun at home while the boys are at school. She is such a girlie girl, too. She loves her nails painted, to change clothes (20 times a day), to lounge in her jammies, to cook, to take care of babies (real and toys), shoes, bracelets and princess hair. It is so much fun. Here are just a few pictures of what she has been up to lately.

All dressed up and ready to go in her snow boots, cow purse and snow hat...don't know where she's going but it looks like fun. Getting clean in mom and dad's tub. She would take 5 baths a day if I let her.

Trying to convince me she is still the baby...bottle and all. Funny, since she is the only baby we had that never had a bottle...nice try sis but I'm not buying it. (All of our kids have climbed in the swing to be "the baby" when the new one comes. All it took was one time climbing in and realizing they couldn't get out and they never tried it again. Not so much with Allie. She is our little monkey/contortionist and can get out of everything).

Zach's cake

Eli's gradma didn't get to see the cake so I promised I'd post pictures for her and the one I had earlier didn't really show very much. It turned out sooooo much better than I thought. I had just finished frosting it and the whole thing started tipping over. I didn't want to have to do it over, but didn't think I had a choice. Eli just took it and squished it all together and I re-frosted it and you couldn't tell at all....he saved my life! It turned out so good, and didn't even look that bad when we cut into it....there was just a ton of frosting! He is our little dirt bike man for sure. It was really a lot easier to make than I thought... I just need to learn how to stack cake straight and not slanted..haha.

Happy Birthday Day Zachy!

The birthday boy!

Our little Zachy turned 6 on Tuesday. It was a super busy, but super fun day. I decided to have his friend party and family party the same day and it turned out so good. He wanted to do a drive in movie party with his friends. We made drive in cars out of boxes and rented a projector from the college to watch "Cars" on. They had concession treats and loved it. I thought it would be a little hectic but it was the best, and easiest party I've ever done. It only took us a few minutes to make their cars and then they sat in their boxes through the whole movie and loved it. It was so great! Most all of the family made it too so he got spoiled as usual. Our house has been refilled with plenty of hotwheels, trucks and nerf guns. I just can't believe he is 6 already. He is such a sweet and fun little boy. He is so easy to enjoy. Monday night he started crying when he went to bed. Eli went to check on him to see what was going on and he said it was because he didn't want to turn 6 and get older. (Earlier that morning, Eli had hugged him on his way to work and told him he didn't want him to keep growing up). He was so sad, until his dad told him he had to grow up so he would have someone to go fishing and snowmachining with and to ride dirt bikes with....then he said "I already know how to ride a dirt bike". Alrighty then.....Love you Zach! Happy, happy birthday buddy!
